About Us
More than a webshop
A Place for Collectors Across Europe
For us, The TCG Plug is more than just an online store. Pokémon collecting is about discovery, nostalgia, special moments, and the thrill of finding that one product still missing from your collection. That's why we want to create an environment where every collector feels welcome—whether you're just starting the hobby or have been building an extensive collection for years.
Reliability is the foundation of everything we do. We focus on authentic sealed Pokémon products and ensure that orders are carefully packed and securely shipped. Additionally, we value clear communication and personal service. From the moment you visit our webshop until your order is delivered, we want to provide a simple, reliable, and pleasant experience.
Community also plays an important role within The TCG Plug. We want to connect collectors and offer a place where enthusiasts can discover new releases, share experiences, and jointly experience their passion for Pokémon. Through our community, we also stay closer to our customers and to what is happening within the hobby.
The TCG Plug continues to evolve. Our assortment will grow with the market and with the wishes of our community. Our core values will remain the same: authenticity, quality, reliable service, and, above all, a genuine passion for collecting.
